No time limits on consultations
Consultations are not billed by the hour or run to a fixed schedule. They last as long as is useful. The written summary that follows is included in the consultation fee.
Every engagement produces a document
You do not leave with notes taken on your behalf. You leave with a written record — a summary, a completed document, or a report — that you can keep and refer to.
Family-scale engagements available
Our family pension review programme addresses the full household picture, not just one individual's position. Useful where multiple members have pension arrangements that intersect.

Professional confidentiality obligations apply from the moment you first contact us, including enquiries that do not lead to any formal engagement.
Fixed fees, confirmed in writing
The fee for each service is fixed. Scope and cost are confirmed in writing before work begins, with no subsequent additions unless separately agreed.

One practitioner, consistent throughout
When you engage with Cahaya Adil, you correspond with the same person throughout. You are not passed between team members or handled by a junior who then refers questions upwards. The practitioner who conducts your consultation is the one who drafts your documents and attends to any follow-up.
Value and pricing
Transparent pricing with nothing withheld
The fee for each service is published and fixed. There are no separate charges for the written summary included with a consultation, for amendments to a draft document, or for the notarisation appointment itself. What is described is what is charged, and nothing is added unless separately agreed in writing.

What Sets Us Apart
Distinctions that are not commonly available
The written summary as a standard deliverable
After every consultation, regardless of whether further work follows, we produce a short written summary of what was discussed and what we suggested. This is included in the consultation fee and is sent within five working days. Few practices offer this as standard.
The family review as a structured programme
Our family pension review is not an ad-hoc meeting with two or three family members in the room. It is a structured programme with individual sessions, a written report, and a closing discussion — designed to give families a clear record of where each member stands.
Client-set timeline as a firm policy
We do not follow up to encourage further engagement. The pace of each matter is set by the client. This is a policy, not a courtesy — we believe decisions about pension and estate matters benefit from being made without external pressure.
Notarisation arranged around your schedule
The notarisation appointment for document preparation is arranged entirely at the client's convenience. We do not schedule notarisation in advance and expect the client to fit around a fixed slot.
